How we try to treat customers
We keep the approach simple. Tell customers the fare before the trip. Explain what is and is not included. Suggest the right car for the group, not the most expensive one. And if we cannot manage a booking on a particular date, say so early so you can make another plan.
Safety and comfort
Safety starts with basics: a clean, roadworthy car, a driver who is comfortable on the route and a clear plan for the trip. If someone in your group needs special care, such as an elderly passenger or a small child, tell us when you book so we can choose the car and plan the stops.
Straight answers
Car availability depends on the bookings we already have on a date. We would rather tell you honestly that we are full than promise a car we cannot send.
